Rihanna shows loyalty to Chris Brown as she gets caught out dissing Drake and Young Money at VMAs

Everything seemed to be copacetic between the two stars but the relationship took a turn for the worse when Drake was announced as winner of the award for Best Hip-Hop Video.
As the 25-year-old was being congratulated by his boss Lil Wayne, Rihanna sat looking unimpressed by the recognition.
She not only failed to applaud Drake, but it also looked like she said to her friend 'I hate these a**holes', as Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and the rest of the crew walked onto the stage.

Rihanna was so uncomfortable with Drizzy that she even turned her head away from his direction so she didn't have to give him any eye contact.
Despite the fact that the two singers collaborated on the hit track Take Care, they no longer appear to be friends.
One reason for the cold shoulder could be perhaps the fact that Drake was involved in a bar fight with Rihanna's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

Back in June, a massive fight broke out between Chris and Drake, said to be over the singer, whilst they were partying at New York night club WIP.
The fracas between Chris and Drake's entourages happened just before 4 a.m. in the morning, as the last song was playing.
According to TMZ, Chris and Drake were hanging out in the VIP section when the Toronto rapper allegedly began pointing and yelling at the 23-year-old singer.

Brown yelled back, both entourages rushed in, shoving ensued, bottles went flying, and finally fists were thrown, with several people needing medical attention.
The tension at the award show was only increased with host Kevin Hart telling his version of events with regards the brawl.
Hart said: 'Drake is from Canada. Drake loves to recycle. Drake thought that there was a recycle bin in Chris' section. He threw the bottle.
'Chris didn't see it, because he was dancing. When he whipped his head up, he got hit with the bottle.
'Drake was like, 'My bad, the bin!' Chris was like, 'You called me a b****?' And Drake was like, 'No! The bin!' That fight was over a mistake!'
